Putting People Back in Control of Their Support

At JNJ Community Support Services, we believe every NDIS participant and their carers deserve to be in the driver’s seat of their own journey. Support should be guided by the individual — not dictated by systems, schedules, or profit-driven decisions.

Our organisation was formed from firsthand experience and genuine frustration. We saw too many people being taken advantage of by providers who placed business interests ahead of human needs. Participants were treated like numbers, and families were left feeling unheard and powerless. We knew there had to be a better way.

Like many families, we have loved ones living with a disability. We understand the challenges that can come with navigating support services — not just at the frontline, but within systems that don’t always listen. That experience shapes everything we do.

JNJ Community Support Services exists to do things differently. We are here to support choice, protect dignity, and ensure participants and carers remain central to every decision. We listen first, act with integrity, and work alongside you to support goals that genuinely matter.
