Travel and Transport

Transport support to help you get where you need to go, safely and reliably

Travel and Transport That Supports Independence

Travel and transport support helps participants access the community, attend appointments, and take part in everyday activities that matter to them. Our role is to provide reliable assistance that supports independence, confidence, and choice when moving beyond the home.

We work alongside participants to provide transport support that aligns with individual goals, routines, and NDIS plans. Support may be required for medical appointments, shopping, social activities, education, or other day-to-day commitments.

Our approach to travel and transport is practical, respectful, and participant-led. We focus on reducing barriers, building confidence, and supporting safe and comfortable travel experiences.

Support can be provided on a regular basis or as needed, with flexibility to adapt as circumstances and goals change.

If you, your family, or your support coordinator are looking for dependable travel and transport support — we are here to help.

At JNJ Community Support Services, travel and transport support is delivered with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and participant choice.

How Our Travel and Transport Support Is Delivered

Our travel and transport services are delivered with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and participant choice. We work closely with participants, families, and support coordinators to ensure support aligns with individual needs and NDIS outcomes.

All support is guided by the participant’s goals, preferences, and choices. We take the time to understand what matters most and adjust support as needs change, ensuring services remain relevant and empowering.

Support can be provided short-term or ongoing, during specific times of the day or across the week. We offer flexible scheduling to suit individual routines, cultural needs, and lifestyle preferences.

Our support workers are trained, experienced, and selected for their ability to provide calm, respectful, and reliable support. Consistency and clear communication are prioritised to build strong, trusting relationships.

We work collaboratively with participants, families, support coordinators, and other providers. All services are delivered in line with NDIS plans, outcomes, and relevant practice standards.
